LED Card Dimensions
and Sizes
The following LED
card descriptions are furnished so you can determine which card(s) will
best fit your custom application. By custom application we mean that you
can install them in your existing housings, build your own housings, or
use our Fiberglass housings. Each card is available in singles or pairs,
with red or amber LED's and all have both brake and taillight OR turn
and running light functions.

- CTL-100 Brake and
Taillight:
- LED card has 36 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 2" round pattern. The physical size of
the card is 2" x 3 1/2". The card may be shortened from 3 1/2" to 2
1/2 is needed.
- CTL-112 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 12 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 1/4" x 3" single row pattern. The
physical size of the card is 1/2" x 3 3/4".
- CTL-200 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 36 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" square pattern. The
physical size of the card is 1 1/2" x 2 1/4".
- CTL-215 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 30 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 5/8" x 3 1/2" two row pattern. The
physical size of the card is 7/8" x 4".
- CTL-300 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 28 high
intensity LEDs arranged in 2 rows of 14 each for a 1/2" x 5 3/4"
pattern. The physical size of the card is 3/4" x 6".
- CTL-301 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 24 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a single row for a 1/4" x 5 3/4" pattern.
The physical size of the card is 1/2" x 6 3/4".
- CTL-315 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 45 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a three rows for a 3/4" x 3 5/8" pattern.
The physical size of the card is 3/4" x 4 1/4".

physical size of the card is 1" x 3 3/4".

The physical size of the card is 1" x 4 1/2".

intensity LEDs arranged in 4 rows of 24 each for 1" x 8" pattern.
The physical size of the card is 1" x 8 1/2".

intensity LEDs arranged in 4 rows of 30 each for 1" x 10" pattern.
The physical size of the card is 1" x 10 1/2".
- CTL-612 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 24 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a single rows for a 1/4" x 7 1/2"
pattern. The physical size of the card is 1/2" x 8 1/4".
- CTL-812 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 96 high
intensity LEDs arranged in 8 rows of 12 each for a 2 1/4" x 3 3/4"
pattern. The physical size of the card is 2 1/2" x 4".
- CTL-R6 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 6 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a ¾" round pattern. The physical size of
the card is 3/4" in diameter.
- CTL-R16 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 16 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 1 1/8" round pattern. The physical size
of the card is 1 1/8" in diameter.
- CTL-R20 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 20 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 1 ¾" round pattern. The physical size
of the card is 1 3/4" in diameter.
- CTL-R48 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 48 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 3" round pattern. The physical size of
the card is 3" in diameter.
- CTL-R64 Brake and
Taillight:
LED card has 64 high
intensity LEDs arranged in a 4 ½" round pattern. The physical size
of the card is 4 1.2" in diameter. The R64 may also be connected to
our sequencer, as an add on option. With the sequencer when the turn
signals are applied the light will grow in three steps then start
over.
